UB SNS Recognized with the “Ka-Baddang Partners Award” at the PAMET BBMP’s 54th Founding Anniversary

On October 26, 2024, the PAMET Baguio-Benguet Mountain Province (BBMP) Chapter celebrated its 54th Founding Anniversary and 18th Chapter Conference, held at Ion Hotel on Legarda Road, Baguio City. This milestone event, attended by professionals, members, and esteemed guests, honored dedicated partners who have actively supported the chapter’s initiatives aimed at advancing the general welfare of its members. The University of Baguio School of Natural Sciences (UB SNS) was among those recognized for its outstanding contributions to the chapter’s goals and activities.

During the celebration, UB SNS was awarded the distinguished “Ka-baddang Partners Award.” This recognition highlighted the school’s unwavering support and collaborative spirit, particularly its involvement in essential chapter activities, which contributed significantly to the success of multiple PAMET BBMP initiatives throughout the year. Among these activities were the Post-Graduate Course in Diagnostic Parasitology, held from August 24-26, 2024, where UB SNS provided substantial assistance and resources. Furthermore, the Oathtaking Ceremonies on April 28 and September 21, 2024, were bolstered by the support of the UB Honor Guards and Marshalls, who facilitated the event’s success and ensured a dignified ceremony for new members.

PAMET BBMP recognized UB SNS as a key partner in their mission to advance the medical technology profession and support member welfare.
